What are Performances in Line-Up?

Performances are the instances within an Event that Customers can purchase tickets to attend.

Whether it's a one-off Performance or a long-running Event, you'll be able to create, edit, sell and allocate using the Performances Page

What can I do on the Performances tab?

You can create the details for all your Performances on a single page & manage them in bulk once you've created them.

When you create them, you'll be able to:

  • Set a Start Date and Time

  • Set what Channels can sell for particular Performances and create a Visibility Schedule for On-Sale and Off-Sale

  • Add Tags to help organize your Performances

  • Add Description - both External to Customers or Internal for your Users

FAQs

How do I make changes to Performances?

Either individually by editing the Performance or in bulk on the Performances Tab. You'll be able to quickly edit Channel Access, Price Profile and tags, amongst others. See our Manage Performances Guide for details.

Where does my Performance Description show to the customer?

It shows as an icon on the Calendar, and show the text when hovering over the date. See our Performance Description Guide for details.

Why can't I see the Performances or Tickets for my Event?

This could be because you haven't completed all the steps in the Event Set-Up.


In order to sell tickets for your event, you will need to enable Channel access for your Event, Performances and Prices.

How do I add Channels to my Performances?

By selecting the On/Off Sale Schedule for your Channels on the Performance page.


You can do this either on the individual performance itself, or you can bulk add them on the Performances page once you've created them.

You can select the following On/Off Sale options for your Channels:

  • Never

  • ​Always

  • ​Specific date and time

  • Set amount of time before/after the start time

How do I take Performances off sale?

There are three options:

  1. Remove Channels from the Performance

  2. Remove capacity from the Price Profile attached to a performance

  3. Change Band capacities on the Performance page
