The Guest List is a companion to the Transactions List on a Performance. It shows who is attending, with their Form responses and contact details alongside.
Open the Guest List
From a Performance
Go to the Events page, select your Event and click Manage on your Performance
Click Guest List at the top of the Performance page, next to View Transactions
From Box Office
Choose the view
Two buttons at the top of the list switch how it is laid out:
One row per booking - one row per Transaction, with the tickets in that booking numbered within each cell (Guest 1, Guest 2, and so on)
One row per guest - one row per ticket, so each guest's own details and Form responses sit on their own line
The count next to the buttons shows how many bookings (or guests) match your current Filter.
Columns
Click Columns to choose which to show:
They are grouped as follows:
Booking
Booking Name - the Customer name on the Transaction (always shown)
Ticket Data
Qty - number of tickets in the booking
Price Band and Price Variant - for each ticket
Products - any Products in the booking
Seat - Area, Section and seat for each ticket (blank for General Admission)
Guest Responses - one column per question on a Form linked for each guest, showing that guest's answer
Transaction Responses - one column per question on a Form linked once per transaction, showing the answer given for the whole booking
Contact & References
Email Address and Phone Number - from the Customer profile
Channel - the Channel the booking was made on
Transaction Date
Lead Booker - the Lead Booker Name, if one has been set on the Transaction
Transaction Notes
Order Ref - the Order reference
Tick or untick a whole group or individual columns, then click Done. Reset to default restores the standard set. Click a column heading to sort by it.
NOTES:
The Form response columns only appear the Form is linked on an Event
Names that appear on the Guest List are taken from the Form's questions.

Download to CSV
Set your view, filters and columns first - the download contains what is on screen
Click the download icon to the right of Columns to save the list as a CSV file. The file is named after the Event, Venue and Performance date and time
NOTE - in the One row per booking view, cells with several tickets export as "Guest 1: ..., Guest 2: ..." in one cell; switch to One row per guest if you need one ticket per row in the file.
NOTE - if you want to see Barcode status use the Transactions List, and for reporting across several Performances use a Transactions Report.
