How can I see the Attendees for my Event?
By building an Attendee Report via the Reporting page.
We have an Example Report Guide for this to follow along while building the Report.
On this report you can:
Include as many Fields and Metrics as you like, including Customer, Ticket and Transaction info.
Add Event and Date Filters to only show the data for certain Events and Performances.
Add a Barcode Field to see which tickets have been scanned.
Export it for FOH use and duplicate it for multiple events and performances.
Is there any other way to see Attendees for a Performance?
Yes, you can also view the Transaction Items List via the Performances page on your Event.
This will show all Transaction Items for a performance, including Refunds and Products, plus when Barcodes were generated.

However, if you are using the Performance Seating functionality and need to know where guests are sat, use an Orders report to see the Seat Overrides fields.
Both Performance and Orders reports contain Customer and Form Fields/Metrics.
