This example will provide the Fields, Metrics, and Filters that are commonly used for this type of report. You may want to use this as a starting point and add more specific parameters if needed.

If you are new to Reports, we highly recommend looking over the Essential Info Section, specifically the Overview & FAQs: Reports and Guide: The Report Page.

To see daily attendees for a particular event or performance, create a Performances report and select the below.

Fields:

  • Performance Start Time

    • If you have multiple performances in a day

  • Customer Full Name

  • Customer Email Address

  • Transaction Reference

Additional to consider:

  • Channel Name

    • Shows what Channel the Customer bought through

  • Price Band Name

  • Price Variant Name

  • Product Name

    • If choosing this, be sure to include Product in your Transaction Item Kind Filter (see below)

  • Transaction Note

  • Transaction Lead Booker

  • Area/Section/Row/Seat Label

    • If requiring their seating information


Metrics:

  • Sold Tickets

  • Sold Products

Additional to consider:

  • Comp Tickets

  • Reserved Tickets


Filters:

  • Event Name is: [Name]

  • Transaction Type is: Sale

    • Excludes all items that have been returned

  • Transaction Status is: Complete

    • Excludes In Basket, Expired & Reservation Orders
      If wanting to include Reservations, be sure to add the Transaction Status Field and the Reserved Tickets Metric

  • Item Is Void is: False

    • Excludes voided items


Dates:

  • Performance Start Date Time: Today

    • If you're reporting on attendees for only today's Performance - otherwise, select your chosen time period
      ​

  • Transaction Completed at: All

    • When it is closer to the Performance and you're wanting to see only new Customers, you can choose Today or Custom and add in the specific hours.
      ​NOTE - don't press Save if you are just wanting a quick update and not to affect any Schedules.

  • Performance Start Date

    • If reporting on multiple Performances

  • Customer Full Name
