Guide: Manual Check-In

Follow the steps below to check-in customers on the Transaction Items List

Go to Performance

Events page

  1. Go to the Events page and select your Event

  2. Click into the Performance you're checking-in for

Box Office page

  1. Go to the Box Office page and select your Event

  2. Click on the Performance you're checking-in for


View Transactions

Events page

Once in the specific Performance, click View Transactions

Box Office

When on the Performance, click View Transactions


Redeem Barcodes

  1. The Transaction Items List will appear with all transaction items for that Performance

  2. Click the redeem button to the right of the item. The icon will then become a tick for the Barcode

  3. If the item doesn't have a barcode, then a red error icon will appear

  4. To quickly generate a new barcode, click Manage on the item

  5. On the Order page, scroll down to the Items section

  6. Click on the Actions button and click Generate Barcode
