There are 3 ways to view redeemed tickets.
1. Transaction Items List - for a Single Performance
Events page
Box Office page
Go to the Box Office page and select your Event
Click on the Performance you're checking-in for
You will then see a Transaction Items list for that performance
All orders that have been scanned will have a tick in the Status column
NOTE - You can also manually check-in Customers on this page.
2. Order Page - for a Single Order
Go to a specific Order page
Scroll down to the Items list
If a ticket has been redeemed, it will have a green tick on the Barcode symbol
Hover over the tick to see when it was redeemed
If there is no tick, it has either been scanned and not redeemed or not scanned at all
