Remove Performances from the Calendar
Go the Events page and select your Event
Select the tick box next to the Performance(s) you want to change
On the Action bar at the bottom of the page, click the Channel icon
Click Edit on the Channel you'd like to remove
From the On/Off Sale Schedule dropdown options, select either:
Never on sale
A specific time for the Performance to go off sale
Click Save and then Update to publish changes
The performance(s) will then disappear from these dates on the calendar
Appear as Sold Out on Calendar
Individual Performance
NOTE - This is recommended for when the performance has been unlinked from the Price Profile. Learn more about Price Profiles.
Go the Events page and select your Event
Select the individual performance you've like to change capacities for
On the Performance's page, click Edit
Scroll down to the Price Profile section
Click the Assign Price Profile later option
Scroll down and click Submit to save
The performance(s) will then appear as crossed out on the calendar
Multiple Performances
NOTE - This will remove capacities from all performances attached to the Price Profile.
Go to the Prices tab on your event and select the Price Profiles bar
Select the Price Profile that is attached to the performances you'd like to remove capacities from
On the Price Profile page, click the bin icon next to your Bands to remove capacities
NOTE - if it has been unlinked, follow the instructions in the previous section to remove Price Profiles individually.
This will change the capacity numbers for your Bands to 0:
The Performance(s) will appear as crossed out on the calendar
