Go to the Events page and select your Event

Select the tick box next to the Performance(s) you want to change

On the Action bar at the bottom of the page, click the Channel On/Off Sale icon

Select Edit specific Channels and click Next

Use the Channel dropdown to add the Channel(s) you want to take off sale, then set each Channel's Off Sale rule to either:

NOTE - To take the Performances off sale on every Channel in one action, select Replace existing Channels instead and leave the Channel list empty.

Click Next to review your changes, then Save to apply them

The Performance(s) will then disappear from these dates on the calendar

Go to the Events page and select your Event

Select the individual Performance you'd like to change capacities for

On the Performance's page, click Edit

Scroll down to the Price Profile section

Click the Assign Price Profile later option

Scroll down and click Submit to save

The Performance(s) will then appear as crossed out on the calendar

Go to the Prices tab on your Event and select the Price Profiles bar

Select the Price Profile that is attached to the Performances you'd like to remove capacities from

On the Price Profile page, click the bin icon next to your Bands to remove capacities

NOTE - If it has been unlinked, follow the instructions in the previous section to remove Price Profiles individually.

This will change the capacity numbers for your Bands to 0:

The Performance(s) will appear as crossed out on the calendar
