What is a Price Profile?
A combination of a Venue Plan and Price Table, where you can assign capacity to the Bands of your Event.
You can have various Price Profiles depending on your booking periods/pricing structures.
General Admission
If you have a General Admission Venue Plan then you can set a capacity for each Price Band from your Price Table - determining how many tickets can be sold at which price.
Reserved Seating
By connecting prices to seats on your Venue Plan you are determining how many tickets can be sold at that price.

Via the Performances page and either editing an individual performance or adding them in bulk using the Action bar.

Yes, you can change Price Profile either individually or in bulk, on the Performances page for your Event. See Manage Performances for instructions.
NOTE
Reserved Seating - If you have already made sales, you must use the same Venue Plan as you've previously sold from. If you change Venue Plans, this will cause double bookings.
General Admission - If you have already made sales, you should use the same Price Table as you've previously sold from. Otherwise, you'll be adding new prices/capacities onto Performances and this could cause over-selling.
I have increased capacities on my Price Profile but I am still restricted in how many tickets I can add to my basket.
I have increased capacities on my Price Profile but I am still restricted in how many tickets I can add to my basket.
This could be because:
The Venue Plan capacity has almost been reached. Check if you have enough capacity left on your overall Venue Plan - you can do this on the Venues page and via the Venue Plans tab.
There may be Basket Validation Rules set up restricting how many tickets can be purchased from that Band or Variant. Check your Price Table that's attached to that Performance and click Basket Validation to see if any limits have been set up.
