Editing Multiple Performances
NOTES:
It may take a few moments for the page to update after making a bulk change. If you don't see the change after a few minutes, you may need to do a hard refresh.
If you have a GA Event and would like to change Price Profiles for Performances that have existing sales, please contact Support who can assist with this. See 5c below for more details.
Go to the Events page and select your Event. This will straight onto your Performances page
Use the Filter bar to find specific performances. You can filter by:
Select the tick box next to the Performances you want to change to access the Action bar.
If you'd like to select all Performances click the top-left tick box which will select all Performances on that page:If you have Performances across multiple pages, you can click Select All on the Action bar which will select all your performances
You can use the Action bar to make bulk edits to:
Start Date
Start Time
Price Profile - assign/edit Price Profiles here once you've created them on the Prices tab.
NOTE - if you are changing Price Profiles for a GA Event with existing sales, make sure the new Price Profile is using the same Price Table. Otherwise, you will be adding new Bands/Capacities to Performances and they will not recognise capacities sold, which could result in overselling.
Channel On/Off - edit your On/Off Sale Schedules for your Channels. See Bulk Channel Updates for more info.
Availability - assign/edit Availability Status for performances (only if you have Reserved Seating)
Products - link or un-link any Products to Performances and set a Stock Level if you wish
Discounts - link or un-link any discounts to performances.
Tags - add and/or remove in bulk
Delete performance -
NOTE, you can only delete a Performance if it has no sales, Discounts or Products attached to it. Follow the steps above to unlink Products or Discounts
