Editing multiple performances:
1. Go to the Events page and select your Event. This will straight onto your Performances page
2. Use the Filter bar to find specific performances. You can filter by:
a) Start Date - of performances. Choose between is before, is after, is between, is equal to, is before or on, is on or after. Then select the date and time options from the dropdown
b) Start Time - of performances. Choose between is before, is after, is between, is equal to
c) End Date - see Start Date
d) End Time - see Start Time
e) Created At - when the performances were created. Choose between is before, is after, is between and select the date and time options from the dropdown
f) Day of Week - of performances, e.g. select Friday to see all Friday performances
NOTE - You can use different filters together to find performances, e.g. Start Date and Day of Week to find all Tuesday and Wednesday performances after 1st December 2024:
3. Select the tick box next to the performances you want to change to access the Action bar. If you'd like to select all performances click the top-left tick box which will select all performances on that page
If you have performances across multiple pages, you can click Select All on the Action bar which will select all your performances
4. You can use the Action bar to make bulk edits to:
a) Start Date
b) Start Time
c) Price Profile - assign/edit Price Profiles here once you've created them on the Prices tab
d) Channel On/Off - edit your On/Off Sale Schedules for your Channels. The Channels that are on sale now will show on the Performance list
e) Availability - assign/edit Availability Status for performances (only if you have Reserved Seating)
f) Products - link or un-link any products to performances and set a stock level if you wish. For more info about Products, go here
g) Discounts - link or un-link any discounts to performances. You can also manage discount visibility on the Discounts page, see here for more info
h) Tags - add and/or remove in bulk
i) Delete performance - you can only delete a performance if it has no sales, discounts or products attached to it. Follow the steps above to unlink products or discounts
