FAQs

How do I use a Payment Terminal on the Box Office page?

Once you get to the Payment page in the Box Office flow:

  1. Select your Terminal Payment Method

  2. Select the specific Terminal underneath

  3. Click Pay & Update Basket Total on the right and this will prompt the Customer to tap or enter their card details on the Terminal device

  4. Once payment has been authorised, you will be taken from the Payment page to the Order Details View, with the new Transaction open in the Transaction Details drawer

My Payment Terminal won't connect.

This is either because it is not connected to your Wi-Fi, or the Model details and Serial Number (or Reader ID) entered are incorrect. Check the details against the Guide for your provider.

Can I control which Terminals a User sees at Box Office?

Yes, by restricting the Terminals on the Purchase Flow the User is assigned to, using its Access Limits.
