Go the Settings page

Click the Payment Methods tab and then New Payment Method

Type - select Square Terminal from the dropdown

Connect a Square Account - this will take you to the Square website where you can follow their instructions for connecting your account.
​NOTE - This set-up is the same for MOTO/Online Square Payment Methods.

Once you've connected your Square account, you will be taken back to the Line-Up Payment Method page, where you can enter these details:

Click Submit to save

Go to the Tools page on the left hand side and click Payment Terminals

Click Add Terminal

Select Square Terminal

Name - a name for the payment terminal to help identify it easily

Description - optional

Payment Method - select the Square Payment Method you've created

Tags - help identify your terminals on the Terminals page

Submit Terminal

After submitting the newly created Terminal, you'll be presented with a Device Code:

On your Terminal, make sure you are signed out of any accounts

Then go to Sign In > Use a device code

Enter the Device Code from Line-Up

The Line-Up screen will refresh once the connection has been established, and your Square Terminal is now complete.

If you need to make changes, click Manage on your Payment Terminal list

Click Edit to make changes

Click Delete to remove it from your Terminals
