Create a New Payment Method
Go to Settings on the left-hand side
Click Payment Methods and then New Payment Method
Add Details
Type - choose from the following options:
Stripe - connect a Stripe account. If you select this option, you will be redirected to the Stripe website, where you can follow the simple instructions to connect your account. NOTE - if you want to use Stripe at Box Office, you'll need to select the MOTO payments option, so that you can take card orders over the phone
Adyen or Adyen Terminal - enter a name, API Key, Client Key, HMAC Key and Merchant Account Name, choose whether the Payment Method supports MOTO payments, and enter your Live Prefix. Switch on Use testing mode to test with Adyen test credentials and cards before going live
Square - enter a name, then click Connect a Square Account to sign in to Square and link it
Custom - enter a custom Payment Method name. NOTE - if you want to do some test Transactions, this is the only Payment Method you need for now
Voucher - enter a Voucher name, for internal use only
SOLT - for Theatre Token payments

Channels - which Channels does this Payment Method apply to?
Click Submit to save the Payment Method
NOTE - card terminals (Adyen, Stripe and Square) also need a Terminal set up under Tools > Payment Terminals. See the Guide for your provider below.
