Edit a Delivery Method

  1. If you need to make changes, click Manage on your Delivery Method list

Archive Delivery Method

  1. Click on the Manage button

  2. Click on the Archive button on the top right

  3. If the Delivery Method has no Active/Inactive Print Rules, i.e. never been activated on an Event, you will be able to Archive

Accessing Archived Delivery Methods

  1. You can still access Archived Delivery Methods via the Filter button

  2. This will change the table to only show Archived Delivery Methods - noted by the Archived label next to the Filter button

Unable to Archive - Dependencies

  1. If the Delivery Method has been activated on Print Rules for any Events or Products, you'll see a list of them (Dependencies) in the pop-up

  2. To Archive a Delivery Method in this scenario, you'll need to Archive the entire Event or Product. This is because it has previously been activated on an Event/Product, meaning that there is technically an action associated with this Delivery Method.

NOTE - We advise caution with Archiving Events as this may affect future scheduled Email/Ticket sends.

Restoring

  1. To Restore an Archived Delivery Method, once on that item's page, you can click on Restore in the top right

  2. If the Delivery Method doesn't have any Archived Email Templates, you'll be able to Restore

Unable to Restore - Dependencies

  1. If there are Archived Email Templates attached to the Delivery Method, you'll see a list of those Templates (Dependencies) in the pop-up

  2. In order to Restore, you'll need to either Restore the Email Template or remove it from the Email Sequence in the Delivery Method. The Dependencies have a hyperlink that will take you directly to that page

  3. Once remedied, you can click Refresh List in order to Restore
