What is a Payment Terminal?
A Chip and Pin device that you can used to take card payment with via Box Office.
How do I create a Payment Terminal?
From the Tools page, where you can select the Payment Terminal option and enter the details. You just need Model details and a Serial Number in order to create one on Line-Up.
NOTE - you will need to add it as a Terminal Payment Method before using it at Box Office. See our Payment Method Guide for instructions.

How do I use a Payment Terminal on the Box Office page?
Once you get to the Payment page in the Box Office flow:
Select your Terminal Payment Method
Select the specific Terminal underneath
Click Pay & Update Basket Total on the right and this will prompt the customer to tap or enter their card details on the terminal device
Once payment has been authorised, you will be taken from the Payment page to the Order page showing all the transaction details
