    6. Tags - for internal use, these will appear in your Channel list

    8. Fixed rate

NOTE - Transaction-Level Adjusters can only have a Fixed Rate.

Edit Adjuster

  1. If you need to make changes, click Manage on your Adjuster list

  2. Make your changes and click Submit to save

Add to Price Table

  1. On your Price Table, Duplicate as Draft to make changes

  2. Select all Variants that you want to apply the Adjuster to.
NOTE - Even though this is a per-basket fee, the Adjuster will be added to the basket whenever one of the selected Variants are added to the basket for the first time.

  3. On the Pop-Up, select the Adjuster
NOTE - In the screenshot, the naming for each Adjuster is to reflect what sort of Adjuster they are to better provide reference

  4. Expanding the Variant row, will provide details of the pricing.
NOTE - You are not able to use Recalculate Adjuster on Transaction-Level Adjusters, as they have a fixed rate and so cannot be changed.

  5. Review, Save & Publish to set the Price Table live

Box Office

General Admission

  1. On the Calendar, the from price will be the lowest-priced Variant plus any Outside Adjusters (both Item & Transaction).
    In this example, we have £99 (Standard Entry) + £3 (Item-Level Outside) + 7.50 (Transaction-Level) = £109.50

  2. When you click into the Performance, currently in Box Office, not Online Booking Flow, the ticket selection will only show the Face-Value for the Variant.

  3. Adding the £99 Ticket into the Basket will break down as such:

    1. The £99 is the Face Value of the ticket

    2. The £102 is the £99 with the £3.00 Item-Level Outside Adjuster

    3. The £109.50 is the £102 with the £7.50 Transaction-Level Outside Adjuster

  4. Expanding the Variant Row will show:

    1. Face Value of the Variant (£99)

    2. Inside Item-Level Adjusters (£4.95)

    3. Outside Item-Level Adjusters (£3.00)

  5. The Transaction-Level Adjuster will appear in the Subtotal section. To provide a better example, an additional 3 tickets have been added to the basket:

    1. Face Value Total of all Variants (£396=£99x4)

    2. Item Fees (£12=£3x4)

    3. Transaction Fees (£7.50)

      1. Even though the Transaction-Level Adjuster was applied to all Variants, this will only appear once

Reserved Seating

  1. On the Calendar, the from price will be the lowest-priced Variant plus any Outside Adjusters (both Item & Transaction).

  2. Below the Seat Map, the Bands legend will show the Face Value+All Outside Adjusters

  3. Adding the £99 Ticket into the Basket will break down as such:

    In this example, we have £99 (Standard Entry) + £3 (Item-Level Outside) + 7.50 (Transaction-Level Outside) = £109.50

  2. When you click into the Performance, the displayed price will be the Face Value + Outside Adjusters (both Item & Transaction).

  3. Adding the £109.50 Ticket into the Basket will enact the following:

    1. The Transaction-Level Adjuster of £7.50 breaks out from the ticket in a Transaction fee above the Total

    2. The ticket in the basket itself is brought to the Face Value + Item-Level Outside Adjuster (£99+£3.00)

    3. The ticket selection now removes the Transaction-Level Adjuster of £7.50 from the other tickets.

    4. The change also applies if you go back to the Calendar with an active basket.
