Guide: Create an Item Level Adjuster (per Ticket)

Follow the steps below to create an Item Level Adjuster

Create a New Adjuster

  1. Go to the Tools page on the left hand side

  2. Click Adjusters and then New Adjuster

Add Details

  1. Name

  2. Description

  3. Level - select Item

  4. Inside or Outside Adjuster - i.e. sits inside or outside of the face value price?

  5. Channels - who it applies to

  6. Tags - for internal use, these will appear in your Adjuster list

  7. Type of rate - choose one of the following:

    1. Percentage of face value price

    2. Fixed rate

      NOTE - this will be the rate per ticket, not on the basket.

  8. Tax Rate - select from the dropdown. You can either select the Default Tax Rate or your own custom one

  9. Submit Adjuster

Edit Adjuster

  1. If you need to make changes, click Manage on your Adjuster list

  2. Make your changes and click Submit to save
