If you'd like help creating the HTML for your Templates, we recommend unlayer for designing HTML templates. ChatGPT is also very helpful for specific HTML queries.

We do, however, provide Merge Tags which you can add to your Templates and Example Templates that you can use.

How do I add a Ticket Template to my Event?

First you'll need to attach it to an Email Sequence on the Delivery Method.

Then you can activate the Print Rules and attach the Ticket Template on the Event Settings page.

Can I specify this for an Event?

Yes, not only can you add Event-specific Merge Tags to your template, but you can also activate Print Rules for the Delivery Method on the Event itself.

You just need to make sure that Print Rules are active only for the Delivery Method(s) you want to use on that Event.
