1. Create a new Email Template
a) Go to the Tools page on the left hand side
b) Click Email Templates and then New Email Template
2. Add Details
a) Name - for internal use
b) From Email Address - the address you would like to send the template out from
c) Reply To Email Address - the address you would like any replies to go to
d) Email Subject - describe the content of your email to your customer
3. Select Template Type
a) HTML:
Enter your HTML template into the Template box on the left hand side

Check how it appears to the customer in the Preview box on the right hand side
b) Text:
Enter the text for your email in the Template box on the left hand side
Check how it appears to the customer in the Preview box on the right hand side
4. Submit Template
5. Delete or Edit Template
a) If you need to make changes, click Manage on the Template list
b) Click Delete if you want to remove from Template list
c) Click Edit to make changes and then Submit to save
