Guide: Download & Resend Tickets

Follow the steps below to download Tickets or resend the Customer their Emails and Tickets

Regenerate Barcode

  1. If the Customer was sent their Tickets already and can't find them, then you may want to regenerate the Barcode (just so nobody else can use the existing Barcode that went out). Open the Transaction, click Manage Transaction and then Generate Barcode

  2. On the pop-up, click Yes and the Barcode will be generated

Open the Transaction, or the Order Details View to download for every Transaction in the Order. There are two ways to download Tickets from the shortcut buttons next to Manage Transaction (or Manage Order):

  1. Download PDF using default Delivery Method (printer icon) - downloads a PDF of every Ticket straight away, using the default Delivery Method. Nothing is sent to a printer

  2. Download PDF (download icon) - opens the Download PDF window:

    1. The Delivery Method defaults to the one in use for the Transaction. Change it if you want a different Ticket Template

    2. By default every Ticket and Product is included. To include only some, click into Select Tickets or Select Products and choose the items you want

    3. Click Download

Resend Email/Tickets via Line-Up

  1. Open the Transaction, or the Order Details View, and click the Email shortcut button (envelope icon) next to Manage Transaction (or Manage Order)

  2. On the Resend Email window, select the Email Template to use. If you only want to resend the confirmation Email, this is the only field you need

  3. To include the Tickets, tick Attach a ticket template to the email under Delivery Method, then select the Delivery Method whose Ticket Template should be attached. It defaults to the Delivery Method used on the Transaction

  4. Click Send. The Email is sent to the address on the Transaction

NOTE - when Tickets are attached, the PDF includes every Ticket in the Order, not only those in the Transaction you sent it from, so the Customer receives everything in one place. Tickets are ordered by Performance date and time, then by seat. Voided and returned items are left out, and where a Print Rule is set only Tickets whose Delivery Method matches it are included. If any Tickets in the Transaction are still waiting for a Barcode, the Email waits until they are ready; Tickets elsewhere in the Order that are not yet ready are left out of that send rather than holding it up.
