Guide: Reserve Tickets

Follow the steps below to reserve tickets on the Box Office page

For a detailed guide on how to add Tickets and Product to the Basket, follow our Sell Tickets at Box Office Guide.

If you don't want to process payment for the entire Order yet, follow the steps below.


Save as Reservation

  1. Check Basket details. If you want to make any changes or add more items, click:

    1. Back to Order Details to change order/customer information

    2. The Event Title or Performance Date/Time to add more tickets

    3. Add Products or Vouchers which will take you to the Products page

  2. Underneath your basket, click Save As Reservation

  3. Choose from the following time options for when you want this reservation to expire:

    1. Never

    2. Specific Time - select date and time options from the dropdown

  4. You can also create a Payment Link that you can send to the customer where they can pay themselves online. See Payment Links for how to do this

    NOTE - If a Delivery Method is the basket, clicking this button will send/schedule the email attached to this Delivery Method.


Edit Reservation

  1. To find your order, choose from the following options:

    1. Use the Search Bar at the top of any Line-Up page to find an Order. You can search the following:

      1. Customer name

      2. Email address

      3. Event name

      4. Reference number

    2. For Reserved Seating - Go to the Box Office page, select your Event and Performance and on the venue plan, hover over these seats to check the name attached to the booking

      1. Right-click on the seat and you'll see View Transaction appear - click this and the order will appear on a new tab for you

    3. Also on the Box Office page for a Performance, can click View Transactions in the top right to view the Transaction Items List (you can also find this via the Events page):

      1. This will open a Drawer of Transactions

    4. Go to the Orders page and use the Filter bar to find the order. You can use the Status filter and click Reservation to see all reservations

      1. Click Manage on your chosen Order

      2. On the Order page, click Edit Transaction to return to your basket and you can complete the order

  2. If you want to change Customer information, select Back to Customer on the top left

    1. Then Remove Customer and add new Customer details

  3. If you want to change tickets click Back to Tickets to be taken back to Box Office or the Event title or performance date/time in the basket to be taken directly the same Event/performance

  4. Once you add/change items in the basket, changes will be saved automatically and you can leave the Reservation

  5. You can also change Delivery Method and Lead Booker Name on the Order Options page if you'd like to

  6. When you're finished making changes to Order Options, click Continue to save your changes and either leave the reservation or, on the payment page, click Finish Editing Reservation to be taken to the Order page

    NOTE - If the order has a Delivery Method, it will not send a new email when you click the Finish Editing Reservations button. If you'd like to send a new email to the customer about this reservation, click Email Order on the Order page.
