Guide: Transactions Page

On the Transactions page, you can see a list of all Transactions which you can filter to find specific information, e.g. all complete Transactions, Reservations, Transactions that have used a certain delivery method, etc.

What the list shows

Each row is one Transaction. Alongside the Transaction Reference, Customer and Created At, you will see:

  • Order Summary - the Event name and Performance date for the Transaction. If the Transaction contains more than one Event, a number shows how many more; hover over it to see them. If the Transaction contains Products, the number of Products is shown beneath the Performance date

  • Status - the current status of the Transaction (Complete, Reservation, In Basket, Payment Started, Payment Processing or Expired)

NOTE - Where a Transaction contains multiple Events, the Event shown is the one that appears first in the Basket on the Transaction Details.

Hover over a row and an Order button appears on the right. Click it to open the Order Summary View for that Transaction's Order.
