This Guide covers how to open an individual Transaction, what the Transaction Details drawer shows, and the actions you can take on it.
Opening a Transaction
You can open a Transaction from:
The Transactions Page in the left side navigation menu
The Transaction history in a Customer profile
The Transactions tab of the Order Summary View
Clicking a Transaction opens it in a drawer from the right side of the screen:

The Transaction Details Drawer
The layout is very similar to the Order Summary View:
Information Bar
If certain optional fields are filled in for a Transaction, a grey bar will appear beneath the Transaction Summary. This will contain the following information:
Lead Booker Name
Forms
External System
External ID
Transaction Status
This is shown to the top right of the items in the Transaction. Hover over it for further date related info:
Summary Tab
This will show the following items sold in this individual Transaction:
Tickets - along with Performance and Seat (if Reserved Seating) info
Standalone Products
Delivery
Add Ons
Order Total
Payment
Timeline Tab
Click the Timeline tab to see the Transaction-specific Timeline.
NOTE - A Correspondence tab for the individual Transaction will be available in a future update.
Manage Transaction
Click Manage Transaction to see the following options for the individual Transaction.
Update Expiry
Create Related Transaction
Edit Transaction
Generate Barcode
Exchange
Refund
NOTE - currently, all Order management actions are taken from the individual Transaction.
