At Box Office
Go to the Box Office page and go through the normal Box Office flow
Once you get to Order Options, add a Lead Booker Name
This will be the name of the person that this order is referenced under.
It will appear on the Order page, the Seat Map (if Reserved Seating), and Reports for this booking.
Add a Note to order to give more details if you wish
Once you've completed or reserved the order, you will then be taken to the Order page where you can see all the details
You can edit these at any time by clicking Edit
On the Order page
For Reservations or Completed Orders, you can add on the Order page, in the Order Details section
Enter the name and click the tick button
