Guide: Change Seat Types in Box Office

Follow the steps below to change Seat Types per Performance via the Box Office

Go to the Box Office page, select your Event and open the Performance you want to change Seat Types on.

Seat Type Mode

  1. Scroll down to the pricing legend at the bottom of the page

  2. Change from Add to Basket mode to Change Seat Types mode by clicking the seat icon in the bottom right

Filter by Seat Type

  1. Zoom in on the Venue Plan to focus on seats

  2. If you want to view the Seat Map by a specific Seat Type, click on a Seat Type in the price legend and the Venue Plan will focus on the seats attached to that Seat Type

Select the Seats

NOTE - you can change seats by either clicking the Seat Type first and then the seats, or the seats first and then the Seat Type. If you are changing the Seat Type on lots of seats in different areas, it may be better to select the Seat Type first.

  1. Select the Seat Type first and then the seats:

    1. Once you've selected your Seat Type on the legend, select the seats you'd like to add to the Seat Type with the Paintbrush by holding the shift key

    2. Let go of shift and the border of the seats will change colour to the new Seat Type

  2. Select the seats first and then the Seat Type:

    1. Once you've selected your seats, let go of shift to release the Paintbrush and then click the Seat Type you'd like to add the seats to on the legend underneath

    2. Once you've clicked the Seat Type, the seats will change to their new Type and the other seats with this Type will be highlighted

Back to Basket Mode

Ready to start selling? Go back to Add to Basket mode by clicking the basket icon in the bottom right and select your seats as normal.
