Go to the Box Office page, select your Event and open the Performance you want to change seat availability on.
Seat Availability Mode
Scroll down to the pricing legend at the bottom of the page
Change from Add to Basket mode to Change Seat Availability mode by clicking the 3 lines icon in the bottom right
Filter by Availability
Zoom in on the Venue Plan to focus on seats
If you want to view the Seat Map by Availability Status, click on the Status in the price legend and the Venue Plan will focus on the seats attached to that Status
To go back to all seats, click the cancel/circle icon to the left of the legend to clear the selection
Add a Status
If you want to add a Status to this Performance, click See All
On the pop-up, select the Status you want to add and click Add Availabilities
Change the Seats
NOTE - you can change seats by either clicking the Status first and then the seats, or the seats first and then the Status. Either way, the seats must be selected with the Paintbrush (hold shift) - clicking a single seat on its own won't change its Status. If you are changing the Status on lots of seats in different areas, it may be better to select the Status first.
Select the Status first and then the seats:
Once you've selected your Status on the legend, select the seats you'd like to add to the Status with the Paintbrush by holding the shift key
Let go of shift and the border of the seats will change colour to the new Status
Select the seats first and then the Status:
Once you've selected your seats with the Paintbrush, let go of shift and then click the Status you'd like to add the seats to on the legend underneath
Once you've clicked the Status, the seats will change to their new Status and the other seats in the Status will be highlighted
Back to Basket Mode
Ready to start selling? Go back to Add to Basket mode by clicking the basket icon in the bottom right and select your seats as normal.
