The Order Summary brings together the group of Transactions that make up an Order and presents them on a single screen. This shows the current state of the Order, excluding Voided and Refunded items, meaning that you see only live items, i.e. what the Customer holds right now.
When you are on this screen you are in the Order Summary View, as opposed to looking at a single Transaction.
From here you can click the Transactions tab to open any individual Transaction. You can view and manage these Transactions, without leaving the Order.
Terminology
Transaction - an individual record of sales activity for Tickets, Products, and other items within a single Transaction

This can include Transactions across different statuses, such as In Basket, Reservation and Complete.
Order Summary - a consolidated view of the current state of an Order, showing only live items. Voided and refunded items are netted out, so the Summary reflects what the Customer currently holds.
