Guide: Merge Customers

Follow the steps below to merge two Customer Profiles

Updated this week
  1. On the Customer Profile, click the 3 dots to the right and then Merge Customer

  2. Select Primary Customer from the dropdown - this customer's key details will be prioritised

  3. Select Secondary Customer from the dropdown - this customer's key details will be removed

  4. Check the Primary Customer Preview - as is shown below:

    1. Any related data - such as Orders and Opt In responses - will be moved onto the Primary Customer

    2. All data highlighted in green below can be edited after the merge

    3. The Secondary Customer's Name, Email and Sign Up Date will be removed

  5. Click Merge and Confirm Merge on the pop-up

    NOTE, once the customers have been merged, they cannot be separated

  6. You can then see the merged details on the Primary Customer Profile, which you can edit at any time
