Bulk Channel Updates: New Flow
Available: Week commencing 13 July 2026
Impact: All Line-Up Customers
We have updated the way bulk channel changes are made from the event performance list. The new flow is more structured and gives you clearer control over which channels are updated and how.
Step 1
Select one or more performances and open the Channel On/Off Sale action from the bulk action bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2
You will now be asked to choose between two modes before making any changes:
Edit specific Channels - select one or more Channels and update their On/Off sale settings directly. Any Channels not included in your selection are left exactly as they are on the selected Performances.
Copy from existing Performance - use the full Channel configuration from an existing Performance as your starting point. The Channel list auto-populates from the Performance you select, and you can adjust individual settings before saving. This mode replaces all Channels on the selected Performances, it is not additive.
Step 3
The Channel On Sale/Off Sale dates can be updated, or indeed a Channel removed by clicking the '-' sign to the right of the Channel line.
Both modes include a review step so you can confirm what will change before saving.

This feature is available now in our preview environment, which you can access at https://preview.line-up.tickets/.
Please note that the preview environment runs on your live data. Any changes you make there will be applied to your live account immediately.
New Fields in Orders Reports: Tax Rate Name and Tax Rate
Available: Immediately
Impact: All Line-Up Customers
Two new fields are now available when building reports in the Orders Report.
Tax Rate Name shows the name of the tax rate applied to the order.
Tax Rate shows the effective rate for that order, calculated from the actual tax amount charged and the ticket price. This may differ from the rate configured in your Organisation Settings, as that value can be modified independently of transactions already processed.
Both fields are available via Manage Fields in any Orders report.
New Fields in Performances Reports: Barcode Scanning Data
Available: Immediately
Impact: All Line-Up Customers
Three new Fields are now available in the Performances Report, giving you greater visibility of how Barcodes were scanned at the door.
Barcode Scan Attempts shows the total number of times a barcode was scanned.
Barcode Redeeming Device Name shows the system name of the device that successfully redeemed the barcode based on the device configuration.
Barcode Redeeming Device Nickname shows the friendly name assigned to that device, also from the device configuration.
All three fields are available via Manage Fields in any Performances report.
