Customer phone number selection in Box Office
We have now added the ability to select a customer phone number to be used with an order.
What's new
When selling through the Box Office, you were unable to select an existing number to complete the order, so it wouldn't show with the transaction. We have now made changes to the Box Office to enable selecting an existing phone number for a customer, as well as adding a new phone number:
Clicking the drop down, you will see the saved numbers for that customer that can be selected:
When a number is selected, that number will now also be stored with the transaction, and can be seen with the customer details relating to that order:

Square - Support for Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO)
We have already supported MOTO payments with Stripe and Adyen, we have now extended this to support Square.
What's new
Dashboard
In the Payment settings screen, MOTO can now be activated when Square is the provider.
Box Office
The Square MOTO form of payment can be selected and the card details entered into the payment field to complete the transaction.

Barcode Scanner feedback
We are enhancing barcode scanning operation, this release adds feedback to the scanner handset, improving visibility and usability for the venue front of house team.
What's new
We now have four colour states for barcode scanner screens:
Network Error - Grey
This state will show when there is a problem retrieving the barcode.
Success - Green
This state will show when the barcode is valid and has been successfully scanned.
Warning - Amber
This state will show when the barcode is valid but has already been scanned.
Failure - Red
This state will show when the barcode is invalid.
Customer Order Details page
We have made a number of changes to the customer order details page as we continue to improve usability, and ensure that the right data is available.
What's new
On clicking through from the Orders list to view a customer order details, you will see the following:
Customer phone number - When the customer has added a phone number during their purchase, this will now be displayed in the 'Customer Details' section.
Customer address - The address field in the 'Customer Details' section has now been collapsed to a single line to minimise the space taken up on the screen.
Venue name - This has now been added alongside the Event name and performance date/time in the item details section.
Barcode scanned - When a barcode has been successfully scanned OR the manually redeemed, a green check mark will display alongside the seat that has been scanned in the item details section.
Barcode scanned hover over - Hovering over the check mark will show the date and time of the redemption:
Reporting
We have also added some additional enhancements to reporting:
Orders
'Transaction Item Name' has been added along side 'Transaction Item Kind' to improve visibility.
Inventory
Two new metrics have been added, 'Percentage Remaining' and 'Capacity Remaining', driving to improve usability.

Copy Price Table
We have now enhanced the Price Table to enable you to easily copy the latest active price table from a selected event, and copy it to the same event, or copy it across to a different event.
What's new
Price Table search - A search box is now available at the top of the price table, helpful if you have a number of price tables configured.
Price Table copy - Once you have found the Price Table you want to copy, click the 'menu' on the right hand side, beside the selected Price Table (the three vertical dots on the right).
Once you click the menu, the option to 'Duplicate Price Table' will be shown.
When you click to duplicate the price table, you will be given the opportunity to select the event you want to copy the price table to, the price table name, and description. The name and description will default to the source price table details.
Once you are happy with what you have added, click 'Duplicate' and the copy will be completed!
NOTES
The last active version of the price table you are copying will be duplicated.
The duplication will copy the existing price bands, variants, adjusters (inside and outside) and channels that are set in the source price table.
Any basket validation rules and associated discounts will also be copied.
Customer Booking Flow configuration options
We have been working on a number of changes to allow for greater flexibility in the customer booking flow. These are configuration options that are now available. As always, any update should be requested through the support team, allowing a two week lead time
What's new
The following configuration options are now available:

Calendar availability indicators
Adding a boarders to the basket
The ability to hide the venue name or event name on the left side bar.
The 'price and fees' break down to split out fees and adjusters in the basket and across the booking flow.
Form section headers in the check out page
The copy in the 'time out' modal when the booking is not completed in time.
The copy on the payment button
On the order success page, the copy in the 'days until performance' box
Venue Plan Builder changes
We have updated the venue planner to improve navigation, and resolved an issue when updating row numbers
What's new
Navigator - When you are creating or editing a Venue Plan, we have added a new left side panel to house the plan navigator. This gives you more direct access to every part of the venue plan as you create and edit a plan
Row label - There was a bug in the Venue Plan when changing a row label, AND the position is set to 'Both'. When the row label was updated, in the plan, the change only took effect on one end of the row - you had to select a different position option, and go back to 'both' for the row label to correctly update on both sides of the row.
This bug has now been resolved - when the position is set as 'Both', updating the row label takes effect immediately on both ends of the row.
