Archiving Delivery: Delivery Methods, Email and Ticket Templates
We are rolling out a standardised archiving process across Line-Up.
What's New
This release implements the new standardised archive workflow for Delivery Methods, Email Templates, and Ticket Templates.
Archiving
Items can now be archived directly from the management table. Select the item you want to archive and use the new Archive button to action it.
Before archiving, the system runs a validation check to confirm the item is not in active use.
If dependencies exist that would prevent the action, a response will detail them.
Local table search has also been added across these tables, making it quicker to find the item you want to manage.
Restoring
Archived items remain accessible for review and can be restored if needed. Use the table filter to display archived items, select the one you want to restore, and use the Restore button to action it.
Before restoring, the system runs a validation check to confirm the item does not reference any other archived items.
If dependencies exist that would prevent the action, a response will detail them. Once the dependancies are resolved, the restore action can be completed.
Transaction List in Box Office
We are now providing Box Office users access to the performance specific transaction list.
What's new
Until now, only users with permissions to access 'Events' in the Dashboard, were able to go to a specific performance, and view the transaction list for that performance.
We are now making this feature available to Box Office users. This initial release will support reserved seating events only, there will be a further release to extend this feature to GA events.
How to find the transaction list
When you go to Box Office, and select a performance, a new 'View Transactions' link can be found at the top right of the screen, above the venue plan:
On clicking the link, a 'drawer' will open from the right side of the screen, and the transaction list for that performance will be displayed:
From here, the normal functions are available, such as manual customer check in, as well as clicking through to orders on the list.
NOTE - The list of transactions you see will be based on your access permissions. If you are logged in as a Box Office user restricted to a specific purchase flow, you will only see the transactions that were made on that purchase flow.
Price Table - Download to Excel
You can now download any version of a price table to an excel file.
What's new
When viewing an Event or Product price table, you can now download the the price table contents, either in full, or by channel(s). The download is available for any price table, whether that is in Draft, the currently Active price table, or Archived.
Once you open a price table from the price table list, a new 'Download' button is available:β
On clicking 'Download', a pop up will display with two options:β
On clicking 'Download All', all bands, variants, and associated adjusters will be added to the exported file. This will contain two worksheet, one for the the Prices, and a second with Discounts:β
Pn clicking 'Choose Channels', the pop up will change to allow you to select which channels you would like to download the Prices and Discounts for:
In the downloaded file, each channels Prices and Discounts will be shown in individual worksheets.
