What is a Purchase Channel?
A Channel-specific link for your Online Purchase Flow.
You may want to create one for your mailing list, priority bookers or if you want to have a booking flow for a certain Payment Method.
Each Channel will have its own unique URL which you can send to customers to make purchases through that Channel.
You can also build your own URL link, where you can link to a specific Event, Performance or Discount.
How do I create a Purchase Channel?
Via the Purchase Flows page, where you can:
Create a Key for your URL
Select your Channel
Set On and Off Sale dates

You'll just need to create a Channel and Purchase Flow before setting one up.
Do I need a different Purchase Flow for each Purchase Channel that I create?

No. If you just have one Website booking flow URL, you will likely only need one Online Checkout Purchase Flow. It's within this Purchase Flow that you can have several Purchase Channels.

The Channel that your Customer-Facing Booking Flow is set up with. This will likely be your main Online/Website Channel.
You would only have a different Default Channel if you have more than one Booking Flow URL.

This could be because:
The Channel hasn't been added to the Event/Performance or Prices - see our Channels section for more info.
The Booking Flow URL is incorrect - double check that this has been entered correctly on the Purchase Flow Info page.
You are using an incorrect Default Channel for the Purchase Flow. Double check that the Channel you've set this as is your main Online/Website Channel.
