Create a Purchase Channel
Go to the Purchase Flows page
Select your Online Purchase Flow you'd like to create a Purchase Channel for
NOTES:
You'll have needed to create your Online Purchase Flow prior to this step.
If you just have one Website booking flow URL, you will likely only need one Online Checkout Purchase Flow. It's within this Purchase Flow that you can have several Purchase Channels.You do not need a different Purchase Flow for each Purchase Channel you create.
On the Purchase Flow page, click the Purchase Channels tab
click New Purchase Channel
Add Details
Key - the unique text that will appear in the URL for the Purchase Channel
Channel - select the Channel that can access this link, e.g. Reservation Payment Links
On Sale/Off Sale Rules - select either Always/Never or specific date and times
Click Submit
Edit or Archive Purchase Channel
Click Manage on your Purchase Channel
Make changes to Key, Channel or On/Off Sale Rules and click Submit
Click Archive in the top right corner to take it off your Purchase Channel list
Unarchive a Purchase Channel
Click the Filter bar
Click Archived? and select Yes from the dropdown
Click Done and you'll see all Archived Purchase Channels
Click Manage on the Purchase Channel
Click Unarchive on the Purchase Channel page
Generate Purchase Link
Click the Link Builder tab
You'll then get shown your Link Builder
Choose from the following Link Options:
Link to a specific Event - select from dropdown
Link to Event calendar, specific performance or specific month/year
Purchase Channel - select from dropdown
Add a Coupon? - select Discount and Coupon from dropdown. You can add multiple Discounts if you wish
Copy Link that is generated for you and you can use this to send to your Channel
Click Reset to generate another link
