Does selecting the Standalone option mean it won't appear in the standard Booking Flow?
Does selecting the Standalone option mean it won't appear in the standard Booking Flow?
No, by selecting Standalone, this means you will be able to sell the Product by itself - it doesn't have to be part of a Ticket Order. This does not restrict it from appearing as an Upsell.
If you'd like it to appear as a Standalone option online but not in the standard Ticket Booking Flow, there are 2 options:
Link the Product a past performance only. NOTE - this will mean you cannot report on any Products sold per performance, if you do decide to sell it also as an Upsell.
Use a Purchase Channel to sell the Standalone Product and remove it from the Website Channel.
