Edit Venue Plan
Go to the Venues page, then the Venue Plans tab
On your Venue Plan list, click the 3 dots to the right to see these options:
Edit Plan - edit plan design on venue plan builder
Rename Plan
Manage Seat Types - add or remove Seat Types to your plan
Basket Validation - create a single seat validation rule for the venue plan, which states that a transaction can't leave a single unsold seat on its own. You can add an Only If which limits this rule to certain Channels
Duplicate Plan - create a copy of the plan and add a name, description and capacity
Click Edit Plan to be taken to your Venue Plan builder
Add/Remove Seats
NOTE - you can only remove seats if they have no sales, prices, discounts, allocations/locks or products attached to them.

If you want to re-order seats, change seat spacing or seat labels, then click the Lock Seat Labels toggle before making any changes. This will ensure that any existing orders won't be affected by these changes
To change the number of seats in a row, click on the row you'd like to change and click the left or right arrows next to Number of seats
Change Seat Labels and/or Index
Click Toggle Select Seat and then the seat you want to change
On the right, enter the new number in the Label and/or the Index fields
Re-order Seats
If you want to change the order of seats, e.g. change the final seat in the row to the first, change the Seat Index to ensure the seats are the correct position in the row (see above)
Once you've changed the Index number, click Toggle Select Seat again and click back on the seat or Row
Next to Seat Spacing, click left or right to change the order of seats in the row. They should now be in the correct order

To change the spacing between seats in an Area, click inside the Area
Click the left or right arrows next to Seat Spacing
Have Row Labels?
You may need to remove these, i.e. change to None, and then add them back in so that they're aligned correctly
Save Venue Plan
Click on the plan, outside of your Areas, Sections or Blocks
Click Save Venue Plan on the top right
