Guide: Downloading & Resending Tickets

Follow the steps below to resend the Customer their tickets

Regenerate Barcode

  1. If the customer was sent their tickets already and can't find them, then you may want to regenerate the Barcode (just so nobody else can use the existing barcode that went out). On the Order page, click Actions and then Generate Barcode

  2. On the pop-up, click Yes and the barcode will be generated


Downloading PDF

To download tickets, click Actions and then one of the following:

  1. Download PDF - this will download a PDF of the ticket which you can print

  2. Print As - on the pop-up, select the specific Template and click Download

Resending Email via Line-Up

  1. Click Actions and then Email Order:

  2. On the pop-up, select:

    1. Email Template - select which template from the dropdown you want to be used for the email

    2. Delivery Method - select which template from the dropdown for the transaction items

    3. Attach Ticket Template - attach the template associated with this Delivery Method

  3. Click Save and the order will be resent to the email that is attached to the order
