Create a New Discount
Go to the Discounts page on the left hand side
Click New Discount
Add Details
Name - the label that shows on Discount reports. This is different to the Coupon code that customers enter.
Description - for internal use only, this will not be shown to ticket buyers
Tags - for internal use only.
Discount Rate
Select between:
Percentage
Fixed (i.e. £10 off the price)
Enter amount to take off
Coupons
Select option for Coupon Code creation
Manually create codes
Name of code - the code Customers will enter to apply the discount
Limit the number of times this coupon can be used? - NOTE, this is the number of times per Transaction, not per Ticket.
Start Date / Time (optional)
End Date / Time (optional)
Manually enter as many coupons as you would like
Generate codes for me
How many codes do you need? - automatically generated
Limit the number of times this coupon can be used? - enter number of times each coupon can be used
Start Date / Time (optional)
End Date / Time (optional)
Upload codes
Download our Coupon CSV Template
Create codes on the CSV spreadsheet and save
NOTE - if you are using Windows, you will need to save the CSV as the Mac version:
Drop file or browse to upload
Click Submit to save details
Manage Discount Visibility
Click the Visibility tab
Channel Visibility - click Edit on a Channel
On the pop-up, select a Visibility Start and End Date from the following options:
Never
Always
Specific date and time
Would you like to automatically apply discount to channels?
If yes, select the toggle and click Update
NOTE - If this option is enabled any purchases made through the selected Channels will automatically see the discounted price, which they can select at Box Office
Performance Linking
Once the Discount is created and is on your Price Table, it will be available for all your Performances for the Channels it's been enabled for. If you want to limit to specific Performances, follow the steps below.
NOTE - when creating new Performances or different Events and you want the Discount to be available, you'll either need to repeat the process below for those Events or remove the Discount from all Linked Performances.
Select the Performances tab on your Event
Use the Filter bar if you're looking for specific Performances
Select the Discount icon on the Action Bar
Select your Discount from the drop down
Select Link to Performances or Remove from Selected Performances and click Submit
To see linked performances, go back to the Discounts page and select your Discount
Select the Visibility tab and scroll down to Linked Performances. You will then see the list of performances that have been linked to the Discount.
If you'd like to unlink an individual Performance, click the red bin icon next to it.

Coupon Codes
Click the Coupons tab
You can do the following:
Manage and Edit Coupon - e.g. to Code, number of times it can be used, Start Date/Time & End Date/Time
Archive coupon if you wish
Download a CSV of linked coupons for a discount by clicking Export Linked Coupons
Add Coupons - choose from the three coupon creation options to add new coupons to the Discount
