Guide: Joining an Organization

Accept Invitation to Join Organisation

  1. Click the link in your invitation email to join the Organisation

    1. Please use a non-private browser when joining the Organisation as the link won't work when in an incognito browser window

  2. Enter your details:

    1. Email Address - this must match the email address it was sent to

      • Password (Minimum 12 Characters)

  3. Click Continue

  4. You will see a list of Organisations you are a member of

Edit Your User Profile

  1. Click your initials on the top right hand side

  2. Click Profile

  3. You can change your Full Name and Password if you need:

Multi-factor authentication

  1. You can set up MFA via an Authentication App. Click on Set up authenticator app

  2. Click Send verification code to confirm identity

  3. Enter the received code

  4. Scan the QR Code or click View setup key and enter the details on your preferred Authenticator App

  5. Click Confirm

Switch between Multiple Organisations

  1. If you are a user on multiple Organisations and would like to switch, click the Organisation dropdown on the top left of the page and select the Organisation you want to use

  2. You will then see the data for that specific Organisation
