FAQs

How do I add Customer Tags?

On the individual Customer Profile, in the Tags section.

You can create new Tags here, or select existing ones.

This would be the first step in creating any Access prices that are hidden behind Customer Tag Visibility Rules.

Why can't I update my Customer Name/Email?

This is most likely because the name and/or email address you are trying to change it to already exists on another Customer Profile.

You can use the Search Bar at the top of the page to check if that name/email is attached to another Customer.

If this is the case, you can Merge the two Customer Profiles.

How many Email Addresses can I attach to a Customer?

Only one email address can be used per Customer - this is to avoid bad data, i.e. the same customer multiple times.

If you'd like to use different names on an Order that's attached to a particular email address, you can use the Lead Booker Name field.

What does the Merge Customers function do?

It allows you to merge two customers together, into one Primary Customer Profile.

You may want to do this if a new Customer Profile was created by accident, i.e. if a customer accidentally put a typo into their email address when purchasing tickets, or if they have two different email addresses but would like records to be stored under just one.

When merging, you can choose which profile is the Primary Customer and these details will be prioritised.

Any addresses and phone numbers will be combined with the Primary Customer's and all Orders and Opt In responses will be moved onto the Primary Customer Profile.

The First, Last Name and Email Address of the Secondary Customer will be removed from the system.

NOTE - once two customers have been merged they cannot be separated.
