What is the Online Booking Flow?
The booking flow that your customers will use to purchase tickets.
This appears as a subdomain that we create a URL for and which you can add to your website; or you can create a subdomain on your URL.
This booking flow will be used for all Events, however if you have different Event images then these will be pulled from the Event Info page. The best image dimensions for the booking flow would be 725 x 260px (72 dpi).

We have a standard template which we use for all Online Booking Flows, however you can choose certain aspects of the design including fonts and colours.

As well as the design preferences you can discuss with the Implementation Team, you can customise performance and ticket info, customer contact preferences, delivery and payment options.
Customise the following options on your account:
Performance Descriptions - provide performance-specific info which appears on the calendar page
Ticket Price and Descriptions - add this info when you set up your pricing
Customer Contact Preferences - choose to make address and/or phone number mandatory on your Delivery Method
Opt-Ins - add marketing and/or terms and conditions for the customer to select
Payment Methods - as well as your main payment platform (e.g. Stripe), you can also add Voucher and Theatre Tokens as payment options

You can add this as Booking Information which appears in the left hand side bar. We can switch on the option to keep this permanently open throughout the purchase journey for you.
