What are Visibility Rules?
A way of restricting how and when your prices are visible for ticket buyers.
You can restrict a price's visibility by:
Customer Tag
Performance
Amount of Price Band sold
Venue Plan sold
You may want to use this as a version of capacity-based Pricing, i.e. show and/or hide prices when a certain amount of tickets from a Price Band or Venue Plan are sold.
If you have prices that are performance-specific, e.g. Preview or Peak/Off-Peak prices, then you can use the Performance Tag rule as a way of setting visibility on a certain performance date, day of the week or with a certain tag.

If you have multiple Rules, it is whether you want all of them or just one. If you had 3 Rules (a, b, and c), the first would make sure all 3 are met. While the latter, would only require either a, b, or c to be enforced.
What's the best way of using Performance Tags?
What's the best way of using Performance Tags?
If you have a few special Performances that have their own price, e.g. "Late Night Performance."
We recommend that you don't use this for all your prices as this kind of visibility doesn't work with an Inventory Report and it would create a very large Price Table.
I've made a Visibility Rule based on Percentage Sold but no prices are showing.
I've made a Visibility Rule based on Percentage Sold but no prices are showing.
This will likely be because of the less than and/or greater than rules you've set.
For example, if you want different prices showing for under & over 50% sold, you will need to accommodate both sides:
Price 1 = less than 50%
Price 2 = greater than 50%
