The below Guide gives instructions on how to create prices with Visibility Rules based on Performance Tag.
This uses an example of creating prices for Performances with no booking fee.
Add Tags to Performances
Go to the Performances tab on your Event
Adding Tags
For new Performances
Click New Performance(s) and scroll down to the Tags section to create Tags for your new Performances
Scroll down and Submit
For existing Performances:
Select the Performances you want to add Tags using the Filter and Action bars
On the Action bar, click the speech icon
On the pop-up, enter your Tag in the Add tags section and click Submit
The Tag will appear next to each performance on the Performances tab
Create a new 'no booking fee' Variant
Go to the Events page and select your Event
Click the Prices tab and select your Price Table
If you already have an Active Price Table, click Duplicate As Draft to create a new draft version of the Price Table
Click New Variant and add your new price, but without the Booking Fee Adjuster
Create a new Visibility Rule - no booking fee
Right click on the Variant you want to appear for Performances with no booking fee
Click Manage Visibility
Add Ruleset - no booking fee
This is so that the price with no booking fees will only appear for Performances that have the no booking fee Tag.
Name
Description - for internal use
Type - select All Rules must apply
Select Rules
From the dropdown options, select:
Performance
Tag
is (for 1 tag) or in (if you're adding multiple tags to this price)
Start to type in your Tag and select it when it appears in the dropdown
Click Save Ruleset
The eye icon will then appear on the Variant after the ruleset has been saved
Create a new Visibility Rule - with booking fee
Right click on the Variant you want to appear for Performances with booking fee
Click Manage Visibility
Add Ruleset - with booking fee
This is so that the price including booking fees will only appear for Performances that do not have the no booking fee Tag.
Name
Description - for internal use
Type - select All Rules must apply
Select Rules
From the dropdown options, select:
Performance
Tag
is not (for 1 tag) or not in (if you're adding multiple tags)
Type in your Tag
Click Save Ruleset
The eye icon will then appear on the Variant after the ruleset has been saved
Save, Review and Publish
Save Price Table - NOTE - You must click Save first
Click Review
Check details and click Publish & Make Active
