Guide: Access Prices

Follow the steps below to create your Access Prices

Add Customer Tag to Visibility Rule on Price Table

  1. Add your Access Tag to the Customer Profile - see here for instructions

  2. Go to the Prices tab on your Event

  3. Select your Price Table

  4. Click Duplicate As Draft to create a new draft version of the Price Table

  5. Right click on the Variant you want to create a Visibility Rule for

    1. Click Manage Visibility


Add Ruleset

  1. Name

  2. Description - for internal use

  3. Type - select All Rules must apply


Select Customer Tag Rules

  1. From the dropdown options, select:

    1. Customer

    2. Tag

    3. is (if just 1 tag) or in (if multiple tags)

    4. Start to type in your Tag and select it when it appears in the dropdown

    5. Click Save Ruleset

  2. The eye icon will then appear on the Variant after the ruleset has been saved


Save, Review and Publish

  1. Save Price Table
    ​NOTE, you must click Save before reviewing and publishing

  2. Click Review

  3. Check details and click Publish & Make Active
