NOTE - the Import Barcodes feature allows you to import external Barcodes for an Event, i.e. if you have sold tickets through a third-party and they are not using the Line-Up barcode.
This means that there must be transactions for your Event on Line-Up as the system imports Barcodes onto existing tickets.
Import External Barcodes
Go to the Tools page on the left hand side and click Barcodes
Select Event to import Barcodes for
Click Download Template so that your Barcodes are in the correct format
Add info to CSV template - fill out the following columns for each ticket:
Code
Performance ID - you can find this at the end of the URL of a performance page on your event:
Performance Date - please put the date in UK format and then the time in 24 hour format, e.g. 20/09/2024 19:00
And then the following if you have Reserved Seating:
Seat
Row
Group
Area
Section
Block
Upload CSV file of barcodes, check details and click Confirm & Import
