Guide: Linking Discounts to Specific Performances

Updated over a month ago

Once you've created your Discount, it will be enabled for all Performances that are conected to that Price Table. However, you limit this by linking the Discount to specific Performances.

You can do so via the Performances tab for your Event via the Action Bar.

Linking to Performances

1. Individually

a) If you want to see which Discounts are linked, you can do so via the Visibility Tab on the Discount's Main Page:

2. In bulk

a) On the Performances tab, select the applicable dates for the Discount to be valid.

  • You can select them individually using the tick boxes on the left. Once a Performance has been selected, the Action Bar will appear and you can Select All if you want to choose every Performance.

  • You can also use the Filter button on the top right if you wish to narrow it down further.

b) Select the Discount Link Icon, and on the pop-up, select the desired Discount.

c) On the next screen, you'll choose the option "Link to Selected Performances" and press Submit. The Discount will now be live only for these Performances on this Event.

NOTE - Performances that were linked previously, whether on this Event or others, will still remain enabled.
