Guide: Adding Discounts to Prices

Once your Discount is created, you need to select which prices you want to apply it to and what fees you want to add to it. Follow the steps below to control what Variants, Bands and Adjusters you want to use for your Discount.


Assigning Variants

  1. Go to the Events page and select your Event

  2. Go to the Prices tab and click Manage on your Price Table. If you have multiple Price Tables, you'll need to repeat these steps.

  3. Click Duplicate As Draft

  4. Click the Discount Mode toggle and then Assign Discounts

  5. From the pop-up, select your discount from the dropdown and which Variant(s) it applies to

  6. Click Done and you'll see the discounted price per Band

    1. If you would like to manually override the price, you can do so by clicking into the cell


Adding Adjusters

If there is a fee or commission for the discounted price then you’ll need to assign the Adjuster(s) to the Discount Variant, even if there already is an Adjuster on the Full-Price Variant.

  1. Right click on the Discount Variant and click Manage Adjusters

  2. To override a Adjuster price for a Variant, enter the new price for the discounted Variant per Band in the price cell

  3. Click Save after you've made your changes.

    NOTE - You must save any changes you've made before progressing. If you Review & Publish without saving, the changes will not be saved/published

  4. Click Review to check details are correct

  5. Click Publish & Make Active to update your prices with your Discount
