Navigating Line-Up

Learn our Lingo
Every ticketing company has different terms and tools - take a look at the Line-Up Lingo so you can speak our language.

One step at a time!
We appreciate that this industry moves fast - but we advise to take as much time as you need getting to know Line-Up. Our Welcome Guide breaks down the basic steps you need to get started.

Tips
There are a few things that will really help your Line-Up experience, especially when you start your day:

1. Tabs are your friend - have different Line-Up tabs open on your browser so you can check things like capacities/availability quickly. We recommend having the following tabs open:

  • Box Office - for issuing tickets

  • Events - so you can check any event info/set-up

  • Reporting - for checking figures nice and quickly

2. Can't see what you think you should be seeing? This may well be because of Channel access.

3. Search bar - you can use this at any time, on any page to find Orders, Events, Customers and Reports.

Help

Confused?
Open The Line-Up Hub!

You can use this to search Help Articles and Guides, read our Release Notes and check our current operational status without needing to leave the Line-Up page.

For Admin, Owner and Finance roles, you can also contact Support directly from the Hub which will come straight into our inbox.

You can access this directly from the dashboard, by clicking the speech icon in the bottom left corner.

Otherwise, you can go straight to our Knowledge Centre by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the page.

Would you like to speak to someone?
Start a conversation with Support here and one of our team will able to assist.

You can also message us directly from The Line-Up Hub (see above).

How can I ensure that I get the best help?
We will attempt to answer your enquiry as fully as possible, however it really helps us if you're as specific as you can be. This includes:

  • Sending us links to the part of Line-Up you're referring to, e.g. an event/performance/order/report

  • Sending us screenshots and/or screen recordings of your question/issue. We recommend using Jam links, as that way we can see any network errors.
