How do I make a Delivery Method live for my Event?
By activating it on the Event page on the Settings tab. Here you can choose the Ticket Template you want to use and set Barcode Scanning rules.
See our Guide for full instructions.
NOTE - you will need to do this in order for the Delivery Method to appear in your Booking Flow.

Yes, but those changes will only apply to future bookings.

Can I change the emails that are sent to the customer after they've made an Order?
When an Order is made, emails are then sent according to the Email Sequence that was set at the time of booking.
E.g. if a pre-show email is scheduled to send 24 hours before the Performance, even if you amend this sequence on the Delivery Method, it will not pull through onto existing orders.
However, you can change the HTML within the Email Template up to the point the Email is sent, plus use the Email Order function on an Order page to manually send the customer specific emails.
