There are 3 different Statuses that appear on the screen after a Ticket has been scanned. The barcode number will appear on the screen for each scenario.
1. GREEN - SUCCESS
The Ticket has been successfully redeemed. You can either tap Scan Next Ticket if you are on camera mode or you can scan the next Ticket immediately if you are on scanner mode.
2. ORANGE - ALREADY REDEEMED
The Ticket is valid but has already been scanned/redeemed on the date and time that appears on the screen.
3. RED - FAILED
The barcode could not be read or redeemed at this time.
This could be because:
It does not adhere to the Barcode Scanning Rules that have been set up. You can change these rules on the Event Settings page.
It is an old barcode and is not valid - most likely because a new Barcode has been generated since. If that is the case, you can search the Customer's information on Line-Up to find the Order, click Download PDF and then scan the barcode that is on this PDF.
The scanner device can not read the barcode properly, possibly because of a connection issue. If this is the case, then enter the Barcode manually by entering the number that is below the barcode.
