Guide: Payment Methods

Follow the steps below to set up your Payment Method

1. Create a new Payment Method

a) Go to the Settings page

b) Click the Payment Methods tab and New Payment Method

2. Add Details

a) Type - choose from the following options:

  • Stripe - connect a Stripe account. If you select this option you will be redirected to the Stripe website where you can follow the simple instructions to connect your account.

NOTE - If you want to use Stripe at Box Office, you'll need to select the MOTO payments option, so that you can take card orders over the phone

  • Adyen or Adyen Terminal- enter a name, API Key, Client Key, HMAC Key, Merchant Account Name, MOTO payments and Live Prefix.

You can also choose to use testing mode if you wanted to run test payments.

  • Square - enter a name, Access Token, Application ID, Location ID and Signature Key

NOTE - For Adyen and Square payment methods please contact us for further assistance before setting them up.

  • Custom - enter custom payment method name.

NOTE - If you want to do some test orders, this is the only Payment Method you need for now Voucher - enter a voucher name, for internal use only Solt - for SOLT Token payments.

b) Channels - which channels does this Payment Method apply to?

3. Submit Payment Method
