STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
1. Create a New Purchase Channel
a) Go to the Purchase Flows page
b) Select your Online Purchase Flow you'd like to create a Purchase Channel for.
NOTE - You'll have needed to create your Online Purchase Flow prior to this step, see here for more info
c) On the Purchase Flow page, click the Purchase Channels tab and click New Purchase Channel
2. Add Details
a) Key - the unique text that will appear in the URL for the Purchase Channel. You can use any letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens
b) Channel - select the Channel that can access this link, e.g. Mailing List
c) On Sale/Off Sale Rules - optional, select either Always/Never or specific date and times
d) Click Submit
3. Edit or Archive Purchase Channel
a) Click Manage on your Purchase Channel
b) Make changes to Key, Channel or On/Off Sale Rules and click Submit
c) Click Archive in the top right corner if you want it taken off your Purchase Channel list
4. Want to unarchive a Purchase Channel?
a) Click the Filter bar
b) Click Archived? and select Yes from the dropdown
c) Click Done and you'll see all Archived Purchase Channels
d) Click Manage on the Purchase Channel
e) Click Unarchive on the Purchase Channel page
5. Generate Purchase Link
a) Click the Link Builder tab
b) You'll then get shown your Link Builder where you can copy the link to send to users
c) Choose from the following Link Options:
Link to a specific Event - select from dropdown
Link to Event calendar, specific performance or specific month/year
Purchase Channel - select from dropdown
Add a Coupon? - select Discount and Coupon from dropdown. You can add multiple Discounts if you wish
d) Copy the link generated for you and you can use this to send to your users
e) Click Reset to generate another link
